Laughing yoga is a popular movement and breathing exercise that aims to cultivate joy, bring out your inner child, and help you let go of daily life stressors.
It is used as a remedy for physical, psychological and spiritual ailments because intentional (simulated) laughter may provide benefits equal to those of spontaneous laughter (eg, laughing at a joke).
Although laughter therapy has been used for decades, laughter yoga was discovered by the Dr Madan Kataria, a family doctor in Mumbai, India, in 1995.
Dr. Kataria says laughter yoga will help you improve your mood, reduce stress, strengthen your immune system, increase your energy level, burn calories, improve your quality of life and better manage difficulties.

Important : Like everything that is powerfully effective, there are contraindications to practice laughing for 15 minutes in a row, because it is an intense physical exercise that requires being in good physical and mental health.
